INFOnline GmbH is a non-profit organisation for the levy of independent usage data for sites in the internet.
Privacy in the SZM system
The Scaleable Centralised Measuring System (SZM) for the levy of the online utilization is a special system to deliver statistical performance factors for the marketing of sites at the lowest costs. The aim is comparable data of all measured sites. As strategy relevant factor these data help the marketing agencies to book the advertising in the medium online (advertising currency).
INFOnline counts, via our own server, the page views of internet users on the sites joining in the SZM system.
Levy of data
INFOnline collects exclusively statistical performance parameter that are generated in real time in the counting servers. The saved IP adresses are deleted as soon as possible and are displaced by a pseudonyme. Exclusively aggregated data will be processed.
After the request on a site measured by INFOnline GmbH a cookie is saved on the pc of the internet user. A cookie is a text file that includes no executable codes at all or for example "spyware" elements.
You will find the cookie in the cookie list of your browsers under the entry "ivwbox.de". The validity of the cookie is limited for a year.
The cookie includes any internal assigned numerical order for the creation of a market research study about the internet utilization for the Arbeitsgemeinschaft Online Forschung (AGOF e.V.).
The numerical order, saved in the cookie, can not assigned to a specific person und for this reason it is anonym.
You can refuse the saving of the cookie by changing the settings of your browser so that it doesn't allow the placing of cookies. Further information about the cookies you find in our FAQ's.
Daten transfer
The INFOnline transfers anonymized measuring data dependent on the order of the end customer to the Arbeitsgemeinschaft Online Forschung (AGOF e.V.) and to the Informationsgemeinschaft zur Feststellung der Verbreitung von Werbeträgern (IVW e.V.).
Technical and organisational actions
INFOnline uses the latest server and security technology to guarantee the most possible degree of privacy and data protection. The handling of the measuring data takes place on own servers which are run by INFOnline in high-security data centres in Germany. Third persons don't have any access to those systems. Employees of INFOnline and external partners are contractually sworn to secrecy.

We request your personal data when you complete our online registration, our contact and feedback form. In these cases you are requested to enter your company name, your personal name, your email adress and other personal data which we need to answer your enquiry as well as the registration of an online offer to your satisfaction.
We ensure during all following steps that your personal data will be kept confidential. Furthermore the data will only used in the framework of the relationship between you and INFOnline. Your data will never made accessible for third person neither against payment nor free of charge.
